Cute Boutonniere You

I've come across some incredible boutonnieres that I just have to share with you.
Some of you may be wondering who gets a boutonniere? Well, there are no hard and fast rules. Traditionally, people that receive a boutonniere are: groom, father of the bride, father of the groom, grandparents, siblings of the bride and groom, and other male members of the family that you would like to honor. If your budget allows, you could give every male guest a boutonniere. If your budget is limited, I suggest that you give boutonnieres to a distinct few members of the family so that you avoid the chance of other relatives feeling hurt to be left out of it.

As always, may you forever be inspired.

Engagement Shoot Outfit Fridays! - Pleats

Happy Friday! Today's engagement shoot outfit suggestion is a stunning color-blocked pleated dress. It's a stunner! When I saw it, I  thought I would do something most people don't like...I thought I would do a color-blocked matchy-matchy look...it's an oxymoron, I know.
People are into color blocking right now (which I also love). However, I think if you can pull off a great matchy-matchy combination it can look just as hot. The trick to pulling off the matchy-matchy look is making sure that the pieces you put together look expensive. They don't have to be expensive, they just have to look expensive.
What do you think about the two tone matching in today's outfit?
Oasis v neck dress, $115
Marc by Marc Jacobs wedge heels, £320
Alexander McQueen skull handbag, $2,295
Gucci rose gold jewelry, £495
Post earrings, $180
Miso ring, £8

When I was putting together today's outfit, I envisioned a lovely daytime shoot of a couple being sweet and romantic on their local city streets and grabbing lunch together. I think with the right photographer, you can really captures some amazing moments. Have a look at this engagement session photographed by Jenny Ebert Photography:

I Found That Pinterest Dress

Ever since I saw a stunning image of the back of the following dress on Pinterest, I took it upon myself to find out who made the dress, who took the picture of the dress, and to see if I could find more images of the dress. I'm happy to say I found the dress!!! It's a gorgeous gown designed by Veluz Reyes based in the Philippines! The detail work on her gowns are just spectacular. She custom makes the gowns and they are to die for! Okay, I know I am overusing the exclamation mark today, but how can I not!?

Here it is...prepare to swoon.

Wedding Color Wednesday: White

Happy Wedding Color Wednesday! Today's color is white.
Weddings done all in white are always elegant, fresh, and classic. There's something about omitting color altogether that just takes it up another level of chic! Of course if you'd like to use white as an accent color it can be paired with any color you can imagine...yep, white is just that perfect.

As always my dears, may you forever be inspired.

Board # 4: Rosy Brown

Happy Tuesday! Today's board is inspired by the Feather headband. This is undeniably one of my most interesting designs. It's romantic and absolutely beautiful. My favorite thing about it is the way it frames the face.
As always my darlings, may you forever be inspired.

Engagement Shoot Outfit Fridays! - Dress Tangerine

It's Friday, it's Friday! I finally got around to doing this week's engagement outfit post. Yay.
Today's outfit is a classy and simple tangerine dress paired with some stunning Tory Burch Casey flat sandals...don't you just love em! When I saw this dress, I immediately thought of a very light and casual engagement session that's not too styled or even themed. I kept thinking an engagement session around grabbing gelato would be ideal. I think it's the bright tangerine color that has me thinking gelato...hehehe. Anyway, here's the classy and simple look for today:

Photo-shoot theme suggestion/s for this outfit
Today's engagement theme suggestion is to do a casual and unthemed session. I think this look is perfect and simple enough for whatever may interest you as a couple. I was thinking grabbing gelato or frozen yoghurt would be a cool engagement session idea for this sort of outfit look.
Check out this laid back yet beautiful engangement session photographed by  26 Merton Road. How lovely!
